This light comes with white LEDs for brightening up your outdoor space, and orange LEDs for naturally reducing the presence of bugs by up to 90%. The Tri-Colour Dimmer Switch gives you the ability to produce three shades of light: cool white, warm white and orange. Yep, the 10m extension chord can cover up to 4m of strip lighting, and one dimmer switch will cover around 2.5-3m of lighting. Based on what you've described you shouldnt have any issues!

Is there a cable that can be purchased with this to plug into USB power source?

G'day Bowen,
No, is the short answer. USB power sources are 5v, and these lights require 12v power. Whilst there are some USB to 12v cig adapters available, the absolute biggest 12v output I can find in these is 8watts, which only gives you 0.6 amps. These lights require 1.4 amps to run, so its not possible to use an adapter and power these lights from a USB power source.

Hi Snowys, can you please tell me the exact 240V to 12V transformer I would need to buy for this strip light.
Can these be combined with the Korr 2/4/6 kits? Will they work off the Korr Transformer?

Yes, you can connect the Ezy-Fit LED Strips to the Korr Orange/White kits, however, they do draw 1.44A so if you use them with the 240 Transformer you can only plug in a maximum of 3 amps. The Bar kits draw 0.6A per bar, so you'll only be able to pair it with the 2 bar kit.

This particular LED strip only has velcro and carabiner clips to attach it to your tent or canopy. Unfortunately, Korr doesn't make a light that slips into a sail track.
**2021 UPDATE** The 1.2m 3 Colour Ezy-Fit Flexible LED Strip Light now comes with a built-in sail track edge for easy awning installation!

Velcro extent 1 answer
Just wondering what the extent of the velcro is? We are looking to replace a very similar product that we have had for years with white only LEDs that has velcro for the full length of the sleeve in which the LED is housed- meaning that we can velcro it to our camper awning where side walls could attach- for the full length of the fitting. Is this velcro all the way along or only on the attachments?

Unfortunately, we are out of stock of these at the moment so I can't go and have a good look at them. From what I can see in the information Korr provide, they attach with velcro straps, not a velcro strip as such. I assume these would be quite easy to attach to awning poles, but it would perhaps be best to check with Korr before making a decision.
