Keep your 12-Volt batteries charged and ready, thanks to the 15W Trickle Charger Solar Panel with Crocskin 12V from Hard Korr.
This 15W solar panel is comprised of A-grade monocrystalline silicon cells, featuring a frameless design with a front face coated in Crocskin cell armour. Using the included alligator clamps to connect your battery, controller, and solar panel together, your batteries receive the charge they need to stay healthy when periodically not in use. With an output of 840mA and a maximum voltage of 17.96V, the built-in diode prevents your battery from discharging at night while the controller protects batteries from overcharge.
For machinery or boats that sitting idle and waiting to go for a spin - keep its battery ship-shape with Hard Korr’s 15W Trickle Charger Solar Panel with Crocskin 12V.

15w solar panel1 answer
Could i connect two panels into one controller ?
Dani - Millicent, SA(3 months ago)
G'day Dani,
Unfortunately not, these small panels have one fixed connector terminal so there's no way to parallel the panels, and the regulator only has one panel input. You could potentially modify the wiring to allow for it, but that would likely void warranty.

Dash mounting?1 answer
Will it still work if it's mounted to the dash?
Larry - Kent Town, SA(5 months ago)
G'day Larry,
Yes this will still work if you mount it to your dash.

Hard Korr 15w solar panel 1 answer
Thank you My solar panel arrived yesterday I would like your advice on how to mount it I am mounting it permanently but should I make a gap between the cabin top or place it fully in contact for best results?
Barry - Bellerive, TAS(1 year ago)
G'day Barry,
You can place these on the cabin without an air gap, it's super common for people to glue flexible panels straight onto canopies, etc. Whilst an air gap would be best for performance generally, on a panel of this size it won't really make a difference.

Hard Korr 15w solar panel 1 answer
Is this panel flexible? Can it be mounted on flat surface like a boat cabin top? and if so could someone tread on it without damaging it?
Barry - Bellerive, TAS(1 year ago)
G'day Barry,
You can definitely mount it on a flat surface like a boat cabin roof, but wouldn't recommend it gets stepped on. If you can mount it outside of foot traffic space, that'd be the best bet.

15W Trickle Charger Solar Panel with Crocskin 12V1 answer
Can I glue the regulator to the rear of panel or will it be effected by sun's heat
Graeme - North Haven SA(2 years ago)
G'day Graeme,
We wouldn't recommend glueing the regulator to the back of the panel, it may cause damage to the panel or regulator.
