Lithium battery regulator 1 answer
Hi. I have a Companion Rover Li battery that says it has MMPT so can accept solar input. Is it able to accept input from this panel without a regulator?
Nick - Malvern East, VIC (2 weeks ago)
G'day Nick,
Yes, you can plug in an unregulated Solar Mat/Panel to the Companion Rover as they already have an inbuilt MPPT controller, so there isn't a need for an extra controller going into the Rover.

Difference between new and old version1 answer
Hi there, I noticed this is a new version of the heavy duty solar blanket made by Hard Korr. Can you explain the main improvements over the older version?
Bill - Vale Park, SA (4 months ago)
G'day Bill,
These aren't new panels, the 200W Crocskin have been around for a few years. We sell two of these panels, the original comes with a solar regulator, where as this one doesn't, the they're otherwise the same. This listing is just the panels & extension cables, so they're ideal for people who already have a comprehensive BMS/Charge Regulating device with their battery.
Hope that helps.

Chain to fit into the pr-ecut holes to secure it1 answer
Wanting to purchase a chain so I can lock to the roof rack. What's the diameter of the hole?
Esther - Hamilton, VIC(1 year ago)
G'day Esther,
The eyelet holes on the Hard Korr solar blankets are around 10mm. Hope that helps!
