Overseas travel accessory 1 answer
I’d like to take this pillow overseas as a substitute for the terrible pillows one finds in European hotels. Has anyone used this pillow in this way and could they share their experience?
Mark - Ascot Vale (9 months ago)
G'day Mark,
No-one on the Snowys crew has used these pillows for overseas travel but there's absolutely no reason why you couldn't. They're just a standard compact pillow with the option of tailoring the firmness/fine tuning how much air is inside. I use a smaller version hiking and have no complains about comfort. Hope that helps.

Comparison1 answer
If cost, weight and compactness is not an issue, would you recommend from a pure comfort comparison the Aeros Dow Pillow Deluxe or the Zempire Chill self inflating or the Aeros Premium pillow large or theFoamcore Pillow Deluxe
Nathan - Perth, WA(1 year ago)
G'day Nathan,
Comfort is really subjective, so if you ask 10 people this same question you'd probably get multiple different answers. For me personally, I'd go with the Aeros Down or Premium, I have had the premium for years and I love it. The down version adds abit of extra luxury.

Warm1 answer
Is this pillow too warm for Summer?
Nathan - Perth, WA(1 year ago)
G'day Nathan,
Not at all, this pillow doesn't generate heat or warmth - it just has a layer of down that can act as abit of insulation, which really only applies when there is temperature differentiation between the ground and your head. Think of it like sleeping on a bare air mattress, or sleeping on top of a quilt on the same mattress. You'll be more comfy with the later, but it would make much difference to how warm you are. Hope that helps.

Packing options1 answer
Are these ok to stuff into the bag? I had many attempts at rolling and still struggled to fit bag in the bag, however stuffing it in was much easier. Thanks.
Dennis - Central Coast, NSW(1 year ago)
G'day Dennis,
If stuffing is the only way you can get it into the bag, you shouldn't have any issues.

Is the height correct?1 answer
You list the height as 10cm when the 2 smaller sizes are 12cm...is this correct?
Phillip - DAW PARK(4 years ago)
G'day Phillip,
Thanks for picking that up! The height is 12cm as with both of the other models in the down Aeros series. We'll get that updated.

What is more comfortable? Blackwolf selfinflating pillow or this sea to summit one?1 answer
.
L.T. - Woodberry(5 years ago)
G'day L.T,
Great question, I own both a Blackwolf self-inflating and a Sea to Summit Aeros pillow. The Sea to Summit one, in my opinion, is a much better option as it's super comfy, but also packs down nice and compact. I found the Blackwolf nice and comfortable but it ended up taking a little more space in my pack hence the switch to the Sea to Summit.
