Hi, Do you know if this chair is permitted as part of carry on luggage on a plane? i.e. no issues getting through airport security? Thank you
Karen - Maroubra, NSW (2 months ago)
G'day Karen,
You should have no worries about taking these onto a plane as part of your carry-on luggage, they are pretty compact nothing too dangerous about them. Haven't heard of any issues taking these aboard.

For tall man hiking, 110kg1 answer
I’m looking for a chair for overnight or 2 might hikes for my 6ft / 110kg hubbie. Due to old injuries he really struggles to sit on the ground and logs aren’t always available. Obviously weight is important but I really want him to be comfortable. How comfortable is this chair for someone his size? Would it be worth going up to another helinox or different brand…or a stool?
Mel - Carindale, QLD(8 months ago)
G'day Mel,
Check out the review from Rossi on page 3 (at the time of answering this question). He's 188cm and 105Kg and has reviewed this chair including photos of him sitting in it. Based on that real life feedback, you shouldnt have too many issues, but otherwise, the Chair One would be the next bet. Hope that helps.
