Are there any covers that would fit this esky?1 answer
Considering mounting to camper trailer draw bar and would like to be able to protect it a bit more.

There aren't any covers that we're aware of that would fit this icebox. If you plan to mount it to a draw bar it might be worth getting a local canvasware place to make you a custom cover.

Internal Height1 answer
Can you please double check the internal height? One review states that a champagne bottle will stand up inside however most champagne bottles are at least 32cm tall. Also when we calculate the volume based on the given internal dimensions we get just over 67L, not 71L as stated.

I've triple-checked the internal height on this one, but can only measure the wall with the lid open, which is around 30-31cm. When you close the lid there will be an additional area of space due to the recess in the moulding of the lid. We also have a champagne bottle here in our collection of demo bottle sizes, and it definitely fits. Unfortunately, it's impossible to give comprehensive internal dimensions for capacity, as you can only really do that with the lid closed. I am aware that Dometic are pretty thorough with the specifications on their products, so I'm very confident the capacity is correct.

Best Size For 21 answer
Would you recommend this or the 55L for 2 people (Mum and Son) on a week long summer camping trip? I have noted that the 70 will fit both the divider and basket which will be very handy but I am conscience of size. I’d prefer to be at capacity for best ice performance but it won’t be full of beer and although unlikely to be a problem to fit in my Subaru Forester with all our gear and although I’m strong, I’m concerned with move ability when it’s completely full.

Based on your description I would probably suggest that the CI 70 might be a little too large for you both in capacity, physical size and weight when full. I would say the 42L or 55L will probably a better size for the two of you, and a little easier to fit and manoeuvre.

We have bought the divider for the esky, but can we also use the large esky basket with at the same time?
Also can you get a wheel set for this, it is very heavy when full. Many thanks.

Yep you can use to 2 together, no worries :) Unfortunately, there aren't any wheel accessories available and although we don't stock them, I can see no reason why you wouldn't be able to retrofit some kind of caddy or beach trolley to suit. Just make sure you match up the base dimensions for the Icebox (69W x 51.5D cm) and get a trolly large enough :)
