They have the microwave-safe symbol on their base and can handle temperatures up to 120'C, so while they are microwave safe, we'd recommend limiting the time and intensity depending on the microwave you've got and what you're heating up.

Sort of ;)  They're not actually designed for stacking, however, the plates fit nicely together, the bowls slip a little but fit reasonably well and the cups fit inside each other to about halfway.  I think you could take them out of their mesh bag and save some space so long as you're not expecting a perfect stacking arrangement :)  Hope that helps.

I've just measured up the Sea to Summit Delta Set for you and the dimensions of the plate is 22cm, the bowl is 16cm and the cup is 400mL.
