The Dirty Dee 1400 Swag CP by Darche is the ultimate freestanding tourer for the swashbucklers who seek rugged durability only dreamed about.
Owing to the clever, trigger-locking ridge pole system, this tent stands proud and upright, boasting as much room as a small tent. Welcome melted sun mornings or drift into a sleepy stargaze by unzipping the fly to the vast, fine mesh windows. Assembled with composite poles for greater flexibility and superior tensile strength across the span, the PVC bucket floor is also that kick-butt butler beneath your feet, resisting the outdoor rough and tumble from the ground up.
A 70-millimetre high-density foam mattress offers enough support without additional padding, comfortably cradling the heavy sleepers and the big dreamers. From rainy days to sunny haze, internal seam sealing aids in wet conditions while ventilation across six points provides cooling comfort and relief from claggy heat.
Stretch out in your outback hangout, with the Darche Dirty Dee 1400 Swag CP.

Would you need more floor padding than that - for comfy sleep?

G'day Straun,
The mattress that comes with the swag is 7cm thick which is generally standard, and it is a complete ready to go bed. Most people are happy to stick with that, and some people choose to upgrade and invest in a different mattress. Generally, it comes down to individual preference, we'd recommend give your swag a go a few times before making a decision on wether or not an upgrade is right for you.

Hi, what's the CP mean? Is this a new model? There used to be plenty of reviews of this one but now none so I wonder if that's because this is new?
Paul - Bunya, QLD(11 months ago)
G'day Paul,
It means "Composite Pole" which is the new poles Darche make in the most up-to-date version of their swags. They're stronger and less likely to fail. Theres no other difference between the older version in the swag itself, its literally just the poles. Hope that helps.
