1. When do you think you will have new 120cm stock in 2. I am 165cm tall- can't decide if I need 120 cm or 110cm, any advice?

G'day Cat,

You dont work off your height, you work off a specific measurement of your palm to the ground.
It helps for someone else to measure for you, or stand next to a wall and make a feint mark with a lead pencil to meaure after.
Have your arm just hang normally down the side of your body, and bend at your elbow 90 degrees with your forearm out in front and parallel with the ground, palm down.
The measurement between your palm and the ground in this position is roughly the size you're looking at with poles.
In this case someone who is the same height as me may end up with different-sized poles depending on their bodies ratios.

If you are looking at a fixed-length (non adjustable) pole and you're between sizes go with the closest option. its better to get as close to your organic measuremnt as you can.
If not, a slightly shorter pole is better for uphill climbs. A slightly longer pole is better for downhill support.

Can you tell me please- 1. What is weight of the 120 cms poles 2. Is the 120 cms an overall ht from top to bottom or from bottom of grips or whatever. Thanks, Colin

G'day Colin,

The 120cm poles are 292g - the weight comes up in the speifications when you select a size from the drop down menu, incase you want to compare with other sizes or poles.
The measurement is the entire length of the pole in this case, but these measurements are specifically also relating to your size measurement.
For these particular poles, the full length also aligns with the top of the grip height. In other poles like leki for example, the measurement relates to the top of the grip height, but there may be 2-3cm of extra handle above it.
