The smaller brother to the original Gator™ Machete, the Gator™ Machete JR from Gerber has been built just as tough but is a shorter and more packable version.
The Junior has the same high-performance dual-purpose blade so you still have the choice to saw, hack or cut, and the high carbon stainless steel remains - it’s just been forged to a convenient 11-inch length instead. There’s a 5mm difference in the handle too but it’s engineered with the same textured Gator Grip® rubber outer for a confident hold in any kind of situation be it wet or dry. This Machete also comes with a riveted sheath so you don't have to worry over leaving an exposed blade when not in use.
With all the same technology as its big bro, the Gator™ Machete JR from Gerber is the ideal blade for having with you when pack size is a priority.
