Compare to Coleman 12" rechargeable lithium fan1 answer
Going on the reviews and possibly the run time this fan appears to maybe be better....however the Coleman is a lot larger and I am thinking it is probably more effective for cooling? How do they compare for run time and cooling effectiveness (just thinking about the fan only setting on the Oztent)? I am not really needing the light feature, handy extra, but most important is the run time and keeping a tent cool overnight ;-) Thanks

G'day Sarah,
The Oztent would have the longer fan run time, the Coleman run time is about 4-6 hrs while the Oztent is much smaller and can run for up to 5 - 32 hrs. The Coleman is a larger fan than the Oztent and would be able to move more air and likely will keep you cooler.
The Coleman will be more effective at cooling, you would just need to charge that up more often.

Charging and running1 answer
Can you run this fan while charging it
Karen - West Lakes Shore, SA(10 months ago)
G'day Karen,
We don't actually have any in our stores to grab and double-check this for you, so even though we think it should run whilst being plugged in, we can't guarantee it will. The runtime on these is pretty great, and we've had feedback from customers who've used on nearly all night and only gone through 1/4 of the battery capacity. It may turn out that you don't need to run and charge it at the same time because of that.

mounting1 answer
will this mount easily to the foxwing 270 led mounting points?
David - Waroona, WA(1 year ago)
G'day David,
Are you referring to the elastics loops for anchoring a light bar? If so, then yes. The Lantern handle opens up to allow it to be hung from loops. Check out the 1:10 mark on our features video to see this demonstrated.
