ML6 as a charger?1 answer
When using the ML6 to charge other appliances, what are the stats on how much charge this unit produces - how many charges of a Galaxy S7 for instance etc?
Soren - Sydney, NSW(1 year ago)
G'day Soren,
No stats, just a quick maths sum. The 18650 battery supplied with the ML6 has a 3000mAh. You'll just need to check what size your phone battery is in mAh, and compare that. It's not designed to be a designated powerbank, more so to just provide a top up if required when you don't have access to other power options.

What colour light?1 answer
Just wondering if it is a warm or white light?
Tom - Ashfield, NSW(2 years ago)
G'day Tom,
We don't have a Kelvin rating on this lantern, but it's a blue-white light, not a warm white. Hope that helps!

Red Light Function 1 answer
Just wondering how the red light function is with camping at night with the bugs and mozzies and still being able to see?
Shane - Diamond Creek, VIC (3 years ago)
G'day Shane,
The red light function on the Led Lenser ML6 is not designed as an area light, it's designed to provide minimal lighting whilst still allowing you own eyes to adjust to and see in the darkness themselves. Led Lenser do advise that on its brightest red setting it will give you enough light to read by. Generally bugs are not attracted to orange/red spectrum lights.

Charging1 answer
I know the lamp can function as a powerbank but can you charge it with a power bank?
Rohan - Coburg, VIC(3 years ago)
G'day Rohan,
Yes you can. The ML6 Rechargeable Lantern comes with a USB charging cable, so will charge off anything with a USB output. Obviously though, you'll just need to make sure your existing powerbank has the correct capacity and 5V output.

G'day Bala,
Word on the street is that the ML6 is pretty durable and robust, we've not done a drop test ourselves, but we've not had any reported issues with durability on this one.
