I've just double checked and there is no IPX rating on the Tasco Offshore 12 x 25 Waterproof Binoculars, ao we wouldn't suggest submerging them intentionally, but if they fall in the water or get rained on they should be fine.

The Tasco Offshore 12x25 Binoculars come supplied with a simple nylon soft case with a velcro flap. It's great for protecting them from cosmetic damage but it won't provide any real impact protection in the event you dropped them.
