G'day Brian,
As far as we know these dimmers are only compatible with the orange/white camping light bars. The driving lights have different connectors so generally aren't compatible with these dimmers.

Use between light bars1 answer
Is it possible to use this dimmer as a second dimmer between 2 light bars (e.g. as an addition to the 2 bar light kit) so that the two light bars can be operated independently (e.g. first dimmer switch can set one light to be white light and the second switch can set the other light to orange)? It looks like only one of the fittings is a four pin fitting...so I am guessing not. If not, is there a way to have the two lights operate on different settings?

G'day Terence,
Unfortunately, you're not able to add a second dimmer in between two light bars, the first dimmer determines the colour for the remainder of the chain. If you wanted to operate to bars on two separate colours you can do this using an LED Extension Kit before the dimmer, once you've split the lines you can attach a dimmer into each line and operate the two bars in different colours.

How water / dust proof are these switches.1 answer
Eg would it be ok to hard wire it into the back of a dual cab utes tub which has a fibreglass canopy on it
Warren - Alice Springs(3 years ago)
G'day Warren.
The switches aren't specifically waterproof / dustproof, although all of the connectors and light bars themselves are. Hard Korr has indicted the dimmer should be ok in most weather conditions, however, over time you might end up with a little bit of dusk in the dimmer over time if it's hard-wired into your ute canopy.
