You shouldn't have any issue at all. Generally, the physical capsize and thread doesn't change between models of Camelbak bottles, its just the mouthpiece mechanism or style.

Unfortunately, you can't just get the rubber mouthpiece for the Podium Bottles, you have to replace the entire lid/cap.

While theoretically, the thread pattern is the same and would fit the 600ml Eddy Insulated, however, the Podium Lid needs the bottle to be squeezed to push air through it, so you won't actually be able to drink from the Podium Lid without using a lot of sucking pressure to draw the water through.
