  • In original packagingWe're unable to offer a full refund on items that have lost that fresh new feel. The best way to retain that feel is by sending the item back, or dropping it off instore, in the same packaging & condition as when you first opened it.
  • UnusedThis one is pretty obvious, make sure you love your new item before you give it a go.
  • All tags and labels attachedAvoid taking the tags off until you're sure you'd like to keep the item.

  • Clearance items
  • Food, drinks, gels or any other human consumable product
  • Socks & thermals

Returning an item(s)

We want to make sure you have the right gear for your adventure, and sometimes that means a change of mind.

If you wish to return any of the items in your order we'll happily offer a refund within 60 days of your purchase, but before you fire your item back to us or drop into one of our stores - double check the following:

The item needs to be in as-new condition, this means:

  • In original packaging We're unable to offer a full refund on items that have lost that fresh new feel. The best way to retain that feel is by sending the item back, or dropping it off instore, in the same packaging & condition as when you first opened it.

Also, please know that we're unable to accept returns for the following products, for a change of mind (please know that you’ll still be covered under warranty):

  • Food, drinks, gels or any other human consumable product
  • Socks & thermals
  • Clearance items

If you’re returning your item(s) as a result of changing your mind, you’ll be responsible to cover the cost of return delivery – or, you can save a few delivery dollars and drop past one of our stores. Once your return claim has been submitted, you'll have 5 business days to return your item(s) either by post or dropping into one of our stores. If you exceed this timeframe, you'll be asked to create a new return claim.

If the item(s) are not received into our warehouse or store in the original condition (unopened, unused, all tags and labels attached) we won’t be able to offer a full refund.

Submitting a warranty clain

Every product you purchase from Snowys is from the original manufacturer or approved distributor and comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty periods differ between brands and products, so please check the warranty terms and conditions for your specific product. You'll find more information on the relevant product details page on our website, or included in the paperwork that comes with your item.

Damaged item during transit

All products we dispatch are packed in durable packaging to protect the goods inside. Items are checked prior to packaging and are handled with great care, to ensure each item is dispatched in as good condition as possible.

However, on the rare occurence that the item(s) you purchased is damaged upon arrival, please use the form above.
