Does it run all 60L fridge or all 60L freezer or is it divided into Fridge and freezer at the same time please. I really need to be able to run 60L freezer if possible.

No, this unit wont realistically run as a full freezer. Its ideal to run as a fridge/freezer, or all fridge. The refrigeration element is only in one side of the unit.
Can the hinges and catches be reversed to have the lid open in the opposite direction?

It can't, no. The hinges and latches are fixed with pot rivets, so the only way to change this would be to drill them out, and swap everything over. The original holes in the fiberglass won't line up, so you'd need to drill new holes.
