If you find that you’re too hot in your swag in summer, and a bit chilly winter – set up your 23ZERO Segmental Dome Swag Fly over your sleeping quarters.
This swag fly is constructed from 210 denier polyester, with a 1500mm PU coating for protection. One end has a peaked awning which creates a sheltered doorway for more gear storage, and the other side has a zip down storm cover which gives you an alternative exit or entry. This fly attaches to the outer poles of any segmental pole swag and is suitable to use over your single, king single and double sized swags.
If you’d like better climate control over your swag, then the Segmental Dome Swag Fly from 23ZERO is the perfect solution.
Is this fly compatible with bandit 1400
G'day Morgan,
Yes it is compatible. If you jump into the reviews for this fly you will see one from Jan 7th from Ben with a couple of photos of the fly in action on top of the Bandit 1400.
Is this compatible with this model?
G'day Owen,
This wouldn't be quite the right size for the Nebula 1550, I have heard Darche may be making a Nebula 1550 specific fly early next year so stay tuned.
Would you still need to season it
G'day John,
You'll need to season the swag that you've got, but not the fly. This fly is synthetic and fully waterproofed for 1500mm.
Hope that helps.
Does this fit a Duke 1400?
G'day James,
It doesn't I'm afraid - there is a fly/annex option for the Duke though which you can find here.
Hi Guys, if you put the swag on a stretcher – can you still use the fly?
G'day Oli,
We've had a similar question on the standard arch dome fly, as the info is the same I'll pop the answer below:
"We haven't tried it ourselves, but you probably could get it to work. A few considerations - you'll need to have a good amount of guy ropes to attach to the pegs points (because they won't reach the ground), and you'll probably need a shorter standard awning pole, as a standard swag awning pole will be too small."
What is the length of the pole supplied when fully extended?
G'day Peter,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this one. I can confirm the awning pole that is provided with this fly is 1200mm long, excluding the spigot.
Hope that helps!
Would this work with the 23Zero Outback swag by any chance?
G'day Jacinta,
We've checked this one with 23Zero for you, and unfortunately not, the Segmental Dome Swag Fly doesn't suit the Outbreak Swag. If you're needing to replace your Outbreak Swag fly we'd recommend reaching out to 23Zero directly as they should be able to help you out.
Is this compatible with a king single 23zero 1100 swag on a stretcher?
G'day Shell,
The short answer is yes, it's compatible. The long answer is that while it is compatible with the swag, if the swag is on top of a stretcher you'll need to also use some extra guy ropes in order to secure the fly in place, as it has been designed for use with the swag on the ground.
Will the 23zero segmental swag fly work with the Darche dirty dee 1400?
G'day Travis,
They've been designed to suit the 23Zero Bandit swags which are pretty similar in shape and design to the Dirty Dee so we don't think you'll have any problems.
I am just wondering if this will fit a standard double swag ?
G'day Samuel,
Yes the Segmental Dome Swag Fly has been designed to fit over Single, King Single and Double Swags.
Would this fly work with a Darche dirty dee 1100?
G'day Cooper,
Yes, the Segmental Dome Swag Fly should suit the Dirty Dee without any issues.
I have a wanderer extreme heavy duty swag and I'm trying to work out which fly is appropriate
G'day Kristy,
The 23Zero Segmental Dome Swag Fly is designed to be used with Segmental Dome swags such as the 23Zero Bandit Swag. These swags tend to have a different overall structure. The 23Zero Arch Dome Swag Fly is designed to be used with Arch Dome swags such as the 23Zero Dual Swag, which has the smooth arched poles on either end of the swag.
Hope that helps.
