Shouldn't be difficult to clean, aslong as you can give it a good rinse.  Might also be worth investing in a straw brush, it would be a good tool for cleaning small containers like this.

The GSI Outdoors Soft Sided Condiment Paks are designed for liquids so they are leak proof. Their intended for things like sauce but there is no reason why you couldn't use them for shampoo, conditioner etc.

To refill the GSI Outdoors Soft Sided Condiment Paks, I would suggest holding the nozzle of your condiment hard against the nozzle of your Condiment Paks and gently squeezing them into the Paks until they're full.
