There's a mesh sleeve up in one of the corners that's designed to cradle a showerhead - otherwise, if your showerhead has a hook, it can be hung off one of the cross strut roof poles.

G'day Giulia,

You can use the Pioneer Solar Shower with the Deluxe Change Shelter, but you'd need to hang the bag from a tree and then use the top zip opening to feed it through. The shelter won't be able to support the weight of the bag itself.

Hi i like the deluxe with the detachable roof however the video seems to show a different pop up shelter with roof and also poles needed around the sides. Are they different models?1 answer

i have one that looks like one in photo which pops up and has detachable roof with toggles to connect-brilliant tent however damaged and need replacement or 2. Confused as to which shelter is being offered as video appears different tent

I've just double checked our display models and can confirm that the product has changed slightly, and our images are currently incorrect. I will get the team who works on images to get the updated images from Explore Planet Earth that show the Deluxe Shelter without the roof cover. To confirm the unit is the same as the video depicts with a zippered roof and fibreglass poles in the roof and sides. The model with the roof cover has been superceded so if you're after parts for your old model we can touch base with the supplier to see if they're available for you. Please just send us an email (service@snowys.com.au) and we can get that sorted for you.

How does the roof detach? Is it zipped? How does that affect the strength integrity of the tent when open? I'm presuming that there is no other ventilation, so does that mean it would be a very hot toilet/shower tent in summer?

The detachable roof has small toggles on the corners which feed through an eyelet on the tent itself. In summer I would probably use the change shelter without the room on to allow ventilation.

What is the difference between this deluxe one, and the $20 cheaper version you sell? Looks like just a top piece of plastic? What does that do that warrants $20 extra?? Any other extra features for the money?

The Explore Planet Earth Speedy Deluxe Change Shelter is a little higher and wider than the standard model, and it also has the detachable roof so you don't get rained on in it's wet. Apart from that, they're the same design and set up/pack up method. Hopefully, that helps in the decision-making process.
