Yeah, shouldn't be an issue. I'd recommend a patch on both sides of the fabric.

Will this stick to ultra sil fabric? I think it's silicone-coated thus not sure if it will.work with this.

Unfortunately not, these patches won't stick to siliconised nylon (ultra-sil). We do sell the Seam Grip for siliconised nylon, but at this point in time we don't have patches that will adhere properly.

Yes absolutely, you can cut them down as small as is required, just be sure to round the edges so the corners don't lift.
