Hey Snowys! What is the tread width of a wheel? We are planning to use one of these to drag our things along the beach, but want to try on top of the sand as much as possible, as opposed to sinking into it!

The Off Road Hauler is designed for sand, so you shouldn't have too much trouble.
The wheels are 8.5cm wide.

G'day Lauren,

The wheels are removable, however we wouldn't suggest removing them regularly. The bolt that runs through the centre can be removed, however the large bracket will need to remain attached, so you'd really only save yourself a few centimetres of space.

G'day Miriam,

The wheels on The Off Road Hauler are a solid plastic material so they're really best suited to soft surfaces like sand or grass. They will likely create a bit of noise if you're rolling them on a hard surface after they've been on sand or dirt.
