When you select the size from the drop-down menu on the product page the size will update in the product & details section. The X-Small is 128L x 55W cm, the Small is 168L x 55W cm.

The Sea to Summit Ultralight Sleeping Mat & Pump is not insulated, but we do carry the Ultralight Insulated model that you can find here as you would want some insulation for the overland!

Currently, we've only received the Regular and Large sizes from Sea to Summit with the pumpsack included.

The dimensions of the small Sea to Summit Ultralight Sleeping Mat are 168cm long x 55cm wide. When its packed up its dimensions are 17cm x 7cm x 7cm.

The large Sea to Summit Ultralight Sleeping Mat doesn't come with the pump sack, no.

The small size is 168cm long and 55cm wide with a rolled diameter of 7cm x17cm whereas the regular is 183cm long and 55cm wide rolled to 7.5 diameter x 17cm.  

Depending on your height, the extra 50grams of the regular will ensure you don't have cold feet!
