G'day Robert,
I've double checked the manual, and can confirm that the unit can be used inside your fridge/freezer from -40'C to 60'C. The ambient temperature will only display temperatures from 0'C to 60'C.

Will the wireless thermostat do 2 fridges at the same time or do you need one for each fridge. I have 2 x 30ltr engel fridge drawers.

The wireless thermostat will only do one fridge at a time but unfortunately, you can't run two side by side without interference, as they aren't individually coded. The only way around this is to buy 2 different brands of thermostat, or to find an option that does have individual coding.
