Cover one side of your gazebo for a bit of privacy and protection from sun, wind and insects with the 3m Mesh Wall from OZtrail.
Keeping cool, calm and protected from both the weather and creepy crawlies is essential for all your outdoor events, which is why four of these mesh walls will keep you nice and shielded from the elements.
The 3m Mesh Wall from OZtrail is the ideal gazebo accessory to add to your kit for those warm summer days when the blowflies and mozzies are in full force.
I have a Oztrail Fiesta Compact 3.0 and I wasn't sure if this only suits the deluxe only models. Are the other 3.0 wall kits also compatible with the Fiesta Comapact 3.0? Thanks
G'day Wayne,
Yes, you can use the mesh and solid wall accessories with the Fiesta Compact 3.0, currently, all of the walls except the half-high solid wall (due to the frame attachment) will fit the Fiesta range.
would it fit onto a Kings 3m x 3m Gazebo
G'day Eddie,
We don't stock that particular gazebo, so we can't confirm for sure that this mesh wall would be compatible. Size wise, there shouldn't be a problem. However, OZtrail gazebos have loops on the insides for attaching walls, as well as Velcro patches that lines up to their walls - so you might have trouble fitting it securely if the Kings attachment points are different. Sorry we couldn't give you a solid answer there Eddie.
I am thinking of getting this mesh wall for our Oztrail gazebo. Can this be rolled up? Does it have ties at the top of the white frame?
G'day Eileen,
When you're not using the mesh wall you could roll it up however you might have to find a way to tie it up as they don't have a tie-up option. An alternate option might be to grab yourself the Deluxe 3M 2-Zip Door Wall that is a solid and mesh wall in one, both of which can be rolled up.
I am putting together my Wishlist, and I can't decide if I'm better to buy a few mesh and solid walls, or go for an inner tent instead. Can you give me some advice either way? I will mainly travel with my two children and guess I'm wanting privacy options, as well as sun/insect protection.
G'day Karina,
The walls are a great option for flexibility with use, as you can put 1 or 4 up as required, however as the attach to the leg poles with velcro, they do not created a 'sealed' room. If your primary concern is insect or fly protection, go for the inner tent. Hope that helps.
Hi Lauren, You say the walls don't create a sealed room for insect protection because they are just velcroed to the leg poles.. but cant you zip all the walls together to seal it up? Then the bottom would be pretty much sealed if you peg it to the ground. But then there's the top. Is this velcroed horizontally all the way along or is it just a few Velcro loops? I currently have the Coleman deluxe event 14 which is great but does not offer very good insect protection with the sun and mesh walls up as they are not sealed on the top, sides or bottom. Looking to upgrade to an insect (mozzie) proof gazebo.
Hi Jarrad,
Yes the walls zip to each other around the leg, and they velcro across the top with a few patches. If you peg the bottom of the walls well then you could create a fairly insect free environment, but it won't be completely sealed.
Does the mesh wall provide adequate shade from the sun?
G'day Andrew,
While the mesh walls will provide some protection from the sun, I'd recommend looking at the solid walls if you want to create some really adequate shade.
I've seen reviews where these mesh panels in the 3m+ sizes have a zip down the middle that you can walk through, as well as the ones along the edges to join to other wall panels. Is this the case with this one?
G'day Josh,
The Oztrail Gazebo Mesh Wall 3m doesn't have the zipper down the middle sorry. The only model Oztrail make that does is the 4.5m Mesh Wall w/Zipper, but obviously it's not suitable for smaller gazebos.
Hi there, just wondering if this would fit a “Wanderer 3x3 Deluxe Gazebo†as I’m unsure of the specs due to the different brands? If so do you have in stock a combined solid/mesh wall which the solid walls can be used as an awning?
G'day Martha,
The Oztrail 3m Mesh Wall is slightly different in its makeup to the Wanderer gazebo so it won't fit perfectly but you are able to make it work, it just won't be a perfect fit. We also do have the sort of wall you're asking for. You can grab one here.
Was just wondering as we have looked at so many gazebos here in Tassie and the ones we have liked have solid walls but mesh underneath so you are able to choose (as weather changes fast) to close down 2 sides and keep 2 sides with mesh and change as you please.
G'day Craig,
You won't have too many issues popping the Solid Walls over the top of your Oztrail 3m Mesh Walls. The only small catch will be that the Solid Walls will use the velcro tabs on the inside of the gazebo, so your Mesh Walls will only be hanging with the straps and corner tabs. The mesh walls might sag a small amount but will still do the job you need them to do!
Would these mesh walls fit a deluxe gazebo?
G'day Jose,
The Oztrail 3m Mesh Walls will fit an Oztrail 3m Deluxe Gazebo.
Can it come in blue. Also the split sides, 1/2 solid 1/2 mesh,do you sell them?
G'day Catherine,
Unfortunately, the mesh wall only comes in white surround.
And currently, Oztrail aren't making a half-half solid and mesh wall option but that's a good idea and I'll pass it on to them.
I am wanting to purchase the gazebo and 1 mesh and 1 solid wall. Do the walls come in a blue to match the roof. Is the mesh dark or light?
G'day Catherine,
You can purchase a blue solid wall here.
In my opinion, I would say that the mesh wall is dark.
Do these work on the 6x3 Gazebo. If I purchased 3 can I use 2 for the 6M side and one on the 3M side ?
G'day Stephen,
I've just had a look on the product itself, and it says that you can use two of the 3m walls together for the 6m side of a compatible Oztrail gazebo.
Are there eyelets / fastenings to peg the bottom ?
G'ay H,
To attach this wall to the canopy of the gazebo, there is velcro along the top and at the bottom there are loops to peg out the bottom of the wall.
Hi, I just want to make sure that this wall fits for a 3x3 tent...In the dimensions it says a different size And does it have zippers on the sides?
G'day Frank, this is definitely the wall for the Oztrail 3x3m Gazebo, it looks like we've made a mistake on the specs here! I'll get the guys to fix that up. It does have a zipper down each side so that you can zip your walls together.
