Could these be used with guy ropes to tie down awnings, tents and gazebos, not just privacy screens?

G'day Ryan,
There would be nothing stopping from you using these for other applications to. Just keep in mind they are smaller then the Heavy Duty Tiegear Springs which are more recommended for tents and gazebos.
