If you want to freeze water in these bladders I would recommend only filling to 50% capacity, and making sure the bladder can lay flat in the freezer.  The Watercell has internal baffles, and is seam welded, so will be damaged by expanding water during the freezing process.
Whilst you technically can freeze water in it, I would say it's better to be on the safe side if you dont.

I hang my 20L Watercell X Bladder off a thin cross pole whilst I'm away, and have also hung it off the above door passenger handle thingy in the front of our van without any issues.  I was skeptical at first, but I've hammered ours and it's held up to everything thrown at it!

There's a few of us in the office with these Watercell X bladders, and only one of us has had issues with taste.
Ben (who has had the taste issues) uses normal tap water, whereas the rest of us use filtered water.
We have pondered whether or not the added chemicals in the tap water somehow interact with the Watercell lining.  No other explanation really - also, not sure how WA water compares to SA water!
Ben has had some success cleaning the bladders out with bicarb and lemon juice, which appears to have remedied the situation.

We've had updated feedback from a customer to suggest the best option is raspberry cordial & soak for 24hrs - from most reports it's a roaring success. You may have a slight taste of the cordial the next use or two, but its a significant improvement.

The Watercell X hasn't been designed to heat water, however being a darker colour material, the water will likely heat up a bit during the day if you leave it out in the sun.
